Moving (yes, again)

Remember that time I had four kiddos and a micro-farm in the middle of nowhere?

Well, that “middle of nowhere” was a hard place to raise four growing kiddos by myself, so we looked around southern Arizona an found a quaint little-ish town that had plenty of amenities for families and plenty of farmland to quench my need for seeing dirt and tractors and critters.

I was able to keep some chickens, for which I am eternally grateful, but are unable to have any other animals, which hurts my heart and causes me to reach out and pet everyone else’s critters.

And since there will never be another Fritz or Mia, it’s probably better this way. Sure, it’s sadder and emptier, but as I focus on my children and my school work it seems like I probably wouldn’t have much time to devote to an animal anyway.

Adding running to my mix has been my way of coping with stress, sadness, betrayal, and fear, and though I can’t tell you how much I’d love a furry running partner, it’s working out just fine.

All that being said was just to share that we’ve not only moved cities, but moved blogs also. I’ll be printing this one out for my kiddos (oh, it hurts SO bad to see these stories, so it’ll take some time for me to gather strength to do it) and then I’ll be deleting it from the blogo’sphere for good so I can let it all go.

And I’ll keep raising kiddos and jogging and blogging and schooling away, so if you are bored or just wanna spy, checkout http://singlemomjogging.wordpress.com

I love you guys, I really do, so thanks for the support and the spying, I appreciate it.
